How to Make a Best and Unique Style Aloo Paratha in Simple Steps😋



     

 Ingredients 


1.  2 cups of wheat flour

2.   3Tbsp besan

3.     Salt as per taste

4.  1/2 teaspoon of Ajwain.

5.    Ghee or oil

6.     1 tsp curd


For stuffing 


1  5 boiled potatoes

2.  3 chopped green chilies.

3.  1 inch grated ginger.

4.  1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.

 5.  1/2 teaspoon of garam masala.

6.  1/4 tsp hing. 

7.  1 tsp chaat masala

8.  1//2 teaspoon of kali mirch powder.

9.  2Tbsp Green coriander leaves finely chopped

10.  1 onion finely chopped

11.  2 Tbsp oats crushed in a fine powder or poha powder.

12. Oil, ghee or butter for roasting.

13.  Salt as per taste.


Method 

1.  Combine  the  wheat flour,besan,salt, curd, Ajwain, and 1 easpoon of gheee or oil and mix well.

2. Add water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Keep aside.

 3.  Peel the potatoes and mash them. Add chopped green chilies, grated ginger, onion, and green coriander.

4.  Mix hing, salt, chili powder, kali mirch powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and finely powdered oats into it.

5. Mix them all well.

6.  Divide the stuffing in.to equal portions and keep aside.

7.  Now place the stuffing in the center of the dough, bring together all the sides, and seal tightly.

8.  Roll it into a circle with a little flour.

9. Heat the tawa and cook the aaloo ka paratha with 1 tsp oil or ghee

 10. Repeat with the remaining

11. Serve aaloo ka paratha with fresh curd.
