Ingredients:
2 or 3 carrots, grated
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
Elaichi powder
5 cashews
5 almonds
5 raisins
500g curd
1/2 tsp ghee
Method:
1. Take a pan and heat 1 tsp ghee in it. Add the grated carrots and stir for a few minutes.
2. Add 1/2 cup of milk and boil for 10 minutes until the grated carrots become soft.
3. Add elaichi powder and sugar to the pan.
4.After 10 minutes, turn off the flame and let it cool.
5.Take a bowl and whisk the curd until no lumps are formed.
6.Add the carrot mix to the curd and mix well.
7.Garnish with cashews, almonds, and raisins.
8.Refrigerate for 1 hour.
9.You can have it as a sweet dish or during Vrat.
