Delicious Vrat Sabudana Cutlet Recipe for Navratri 2023



Ingredients:

Sabudana: 2 cups, soaked overnight

Boiled potatoes: 4

Green chillies: 2, finely chopped

Green coriander: 2 or 3 tbsp

Grinded black pepper: 1/4 tsp

Sandha namak: 2 tsp

Roasted and grinded peanuts: 1/2 cup

Jeera: 2 tsp

Moongfali oil or ghee


Method 

1.    Wash Sabudana and Soak 1/2 cup  Sabudana         in 1 cup of water for overnight 

2.    Drain excess water 

3.    Pealed the boiled potatoes and mash them.

4.    Take a pan put 1 spoon oil or ghee

5.    Heat it and put Jeera potatoes Sabudana crushed Peanuts Black pepper Sandha namak green chili coriander.

6. Mix it well

7. Let it cool.

8.   Put some oil in your palm

9.  Take a portion of mixture and flattered it in your palm.

10. Heat oil in frying pan 

11. Place the cutlet to fry on medium flame 

12. When it is well fried 

13. Serve it with Peanut chutney.
