Healthy oats mixture recipe





Ingredients for healthy mixture.


1. 1 cup of rolled oats

2.   1/4 cup thin poha

3.   1 cup makhana

4.   1/2 cup peanuts

5.    1/2 cup almonds

6.     1/4 cup cashewnuts

7.    1/4 cup pista

8.  2 or 3 tbsp ghee

9. 1 tsp mustard seeds

10.Curry leaves - handful

11.Black salt

12. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

14. 1 tsp chaat masala


Method:


1. Dry roast rolled oats and thin poha on medium flame till it becomes crunchy. Keep them aside.

2. Now put 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and roast makhana in low flame until it becomes crunchy. Keep makhana aside.

3. Now add 1 tbsp ghee in the same pan and put mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Mix them well.

4. Add almonds, cashewnuts, pista, makhana, rolled oats, and poha. Roast them on low flame.

5. Add black salt and chaat masala.

6. Healthy oats mixture is ready to serve
